DMS- Document Management System:
Document Management, storage, retrival portal and distribution solution.
A web based solution which uses services to capture documents from backoffice systems (typically an ERP/ MRP) and stores the documents on a database for retrival, sorting, grouping, barcoding (QR, or Simple ) for automated workflow of goods/ paperwork and down stream processes.
Documents can be distributed to different printers based on content of the documents ( for muti warehouse / office) or can be emailed or sent to subscribers as xml.
